Do I need a finished specification?
No. Bring a need, a napkin sketch, or a process you already do manually. Mapping the workflow and defining the fixed scope are part of the engagement.
What does autonomous software mean?
Software designed to carry out the agreed routine tasks with minimal day-to-day oversight. It does not mean nothing can go wrong: exceptions, changes, and important decisions still need attention. QA, review bots, and reports help you see where that attention is needed.
How can it cost less over time?
